About Me

Hello my name is Baron Walker. I am a Certified Hypnotherapist. I attended West Virginia University and Marshall University and I am a graduate of the Hypnosis Motivation Institute, the first Nationally Accredited College of Hypnotherapy. My healing journey began over 10 years ago and I now have the unique opportunity to incorporate all of my personal healing modalities into my hypnotherapy practice. I am confident that hypnotherapy can help everyone, no matter what your age, issue or background. The fact that you have been lead to my page means hypnotherapy is calling to you. If you are new to hypnotherapy, please know this alternative therapy has been around since the mid-1800’s. It is successfully used and recognized in Western medicine. As far back as 1958, the American Medical Association (AMA) recognized hypnosis as a useful and viable technique for certain illnesses. A 1999 study at Harvard Medical School concluded that patients who used hypnosis healed faster, required less pain medication, and showed more improvement in mobility than those who did not. Numerous studies have been conducted by prominent institutions over the last several decades shining light on the efficacy of hypnosis as a healing modality.
